A: Our t-shirts are usually unisex sizes, which means they are designed to fit both men and women comfortably. We offer a range of sizes from small to 2x-large to accommodate different body types. Q: Can I request customized graphics or designs?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer customized graphics for our products or designs. We are not a print shop but rather a brand that supplies our own collection featuring unique art designed by me Erika.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Generally, our standard shipping takes between 5-7 business days within the United States. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or customs delays.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at shopericlothing@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
